In healthcare organizations to look after the large volume of patients with common diseases there are more experienced doctore but to look after the low volume of unknown and high risked cases there are only few doctors. so that the hospitals will request the doctors to spend their time to research on the unknown cases and highly risked surgeries. they also spend large sum of money to get benefit to the hospital. the reasons in this case are:

  • Hospital fame and benefit.
  • To improve quality of life of the patient.
  • To encorage new investigations.
  • To create hope in patients and piblic.
