Answer #1

ACA is affordable care act. This law has 3 main goals. They are;

  • make affordable health insurance available to more people. The law provides the consumers with certain subsidies which would help in lowering the costs for household with incomes bewteen 100 % and 400% of the federal poverty level.
  • expand the program to cover all those whose income is less than 138% of the federal poverty level.
  • support innovative medical care delivery methods designed to lower the costs of health care

ACA can achieve these goals beacuse all these laws rely on private choices rather than government regulation.Secondly it provides affordable care which help the peope to act within these reforms.
