Subjective : ear ache, ear discharge, decreased hearing, tinnitus

Objective and abnormal findings :Abnormalities of pinna (bat ear, microtia, macrotia, anotia), presence of wax in the external auditory canal, perforation of tympanic membrane,congestion of tympanic membrane .

Head

Subjective:Headache,giddiness,heaviness in the head, swelling on the scalp.

Objective and abnormal findings :Swelling on the scalp, dandruff, alopecia, tenderness over maxillary sinus, polyps or mass in the nasal cavity, deviated nasal septum, cleft lip, cleft palate, dental caries, leukoplakia, growth in buccal mucosa and tongue.

Eye

Subjective :decreased vision, blurring of vision, double vision, pain, discharge from eye, blackouts

Objective and abnormal findings :cataract,arcus senilus ,corneal opacity, redness of eyes, hordeolum externum, hordeolum internum,blepheritis,chalazeon,entropion,ecctropion.
