Once, it was a patient admitted in one of the wards, he had some backache problem for which he wanted two extra pillows. Due to an another sick patient emergency all of us staff were monitoring that other patient and unknowingly did not pay attention on his request for almost a day.
Hence the gentleman was angry and next day threatened to complain about us. However we made him sit and understand the situation. We apologized for our mistake. We told him about the whole situation. Then he understood and he was fine.
