These all are communicable diseases.

Chicken pox: It is caused by varicella zoster virus, commonly seen in childhood. It is spread by direct contact with airborne droplet from the nose or throat of infected person.

Head lice: It is also often seen in children, it is usually spread by transfer of lice from the hair of infected person to hair of another.

Influenza: is a viral infection attacking the respiratory system including nose throat and lungs. It is commonly know as "flu" most of the caese it will subside without any treatment.
