The interoperability means the ability of the care system or health information system to work as a team within and with other organizational limitations in order to improve the effectiveness of the health care for individuals and communities.The interoperability is divided in to three levels that are semantic interoperability,structural interoperability,foundational interoperability,The current status of the HIT interoperability in health care system is the secure and seamless transfer of electronic health information between the multiple health care systems,it also provide the privacy of the client data also,it bring more uniformity in the state privacy laws,and wider adoption of data standards,improving EHR integration for better point of care solution.
