Congestive heart failure is the condition where the heart unable to pump adequate blood required by the body due to accumulation of fluid around the heart muscles.

1. There are two types of circulatory failure. Distributive and hypovolemic type circulatory failure. In the Congestive heart failure there is type of distributive circulatory failure. Due to heart not able to pump required amount of blood through the small capillaries it leads to failure of heart.

2. Clinical presentation of congestive heart failure with chest pain , shortness of breath, fast breathing, palpitations , edema , intolerances activities. Based on this vital signs increased heart rate , increase respiratory rate. Decreased blood pressure.
