2.Cultural safety in workplace means strong relationship between nurses and those in their care.it involves recognising values inherent in the culture of nursing and one's own culture .this integrates safety related thinking and practices into clinical activities,which helps in delivering quality healthcare services.example of cultural safety is respecting the belief and values of patient while delivering nursing care.it is free from racism and discrimination.
