Right heart failure is the condition where right ventricle and atrium can not able to pump deoxygenated blood to the lungs for oxygenation which was collected from all body parts through superior and inferior venacava. It was occurred through right ventricular myocardial infarction. Due to failure of oxygenation process oxygen content in the blood is going to decrease. This deoxygenated blood only supply to the all body parts it causes cyanosis.

Edema was present in Both types of heart failures (right and left. Orthopnea and cough present in left heart failure.
