2. Tell them that you be present when someone prepares your meal so that it will be according to your own demands.
3. Worker will follow your orders and make the meals accordingly.
4. Worker will assist in cutting , cleaning of vegetables according to your standards.
5. Explain it will be difficult for the wound to heal if it get burnt , bruised, cut and it will pain a lot.
6. Rest is very important at this age and stage.
7. Ensure that the worker will follow your protocol while cooking.
