a. A careworker can administer the drug as per the advice of physicians or nurse .The routinely taken drugs can be administered orally by the careworker .

b. The oral medication for pain relief can be give. But the suppository for constipation may face difficult while inserting the tablet rectally.The nurse should completely explain how to insert or nurse should monitor while insertion of tablet by the care worker. Otherwise it will be a difficult task both for the care worker as well as the patient.
