If a person is ill or injured and may not be able to move around normally due to weakness, decreased range of motion or pain and people affected with stroke develop physical impairement requires bed mobility activity. Various interventions found to be beneficial to improve the mobility. This includes rolling in bed, side lying to sitting, sitting to lying down, lifting the hips, upper extremity exercises, straight leg raises, twisting and reaching. The other exercises include bridges, glute sets, ankle pumps, short arc quads.
