Objective 1: To examine the impact of quality service organization performance

Pharmaceutical organizations play an important role in providing good care of patient treatment. The improvement in the quality services increases customer satisfaction, improves the business or profit of the organization. The more customer satisfaction, then the more buy product from the organization and increase the trust relationship with the customer and the organization.

Objective 2: To identify ways to improve customer experience in delivering care service in the organization

Maintaining the proper quality services provided to the customer is also very important. This will helps to increase the customer satisfaction experience in the services. Customer satisfaction can be increase by making good quality products with accessible cost, provision of services by the trained staff, maintaining good relationships with the customers, good communication or response to the doubt of the customers, etc. Periodic survey should be done in the organization to understand the quality is maintaining or not. The complaint and the suggestion from the customers should be deal with as a primary problem and should solve it.

Objective 3: To identify the challenges in delivering quality care services in organization

The challenges face during the delivery of quality care services includes need train of staff or individual pharmacist. Train of the staff takes lots of time to fulfill the need of the customer and understand each product in detail. Lack of resources to make the quality product at low cost to make customer satisfaction. Some of the materials use to make the products are very expensive that leads to increase the price the products. During this time, the customer may not satisfy by the high price. Lack of attention and laws by the government and the public institute that clarify the standard of pharmaceutic quality services.
