Answer: The vaccine contains germs that are weakned Or dead which are used to inject in the human body. For example the vaccine for the pertussis, tetanus etc. Vaccines indirectly improves the immune system.
Although vaccination provides immunity for the particular disease but in some of the cases there are various side effects. The severe fever also could causes health issues. Vaccines not always guarantee the prevention from the disease but it emhances the immunity. Some people feels that the side effects of the vaccine is much more than it's treatment. Hence it should not be made mandatory.
