Answer: The function of the nursing home includes providing care and support to the patient suffered from disease or injury such as fracture, fall, Or the mishaps to the person living alone. Nursing home cares provide daily living help such as bathing, cleaning, eating etc.

The hospice care is usually given to the patients who are terminally ill. The hospice care includes the care that is being provided to the patients who are at their end stage of life. The hospice provides relief from pain, spiritual concern, compassion as well as support. Hospice can be provided anywhere the patient lives or in the place where he wants.

Nursing homes doesn't provides hospice care because in the hospice care, it requires trained nurses to handle the situation.
