The first stage of osteoporosis is also called osteopenia is when the bone are weak than normal but it is not easily get fractured in this stage diet,medications and exercices helps to keep the bone dense in this stage.the osteoblasts is greater than the rate of the break down via the osteoclasts,calcium rich diet and exersise,sun bath will improve the bone density.

In second stage of osteoporosis the bone density decreases 0.25 % in a year,and it depend on the genetical, dietary and enviornmental factors.in this stage the client feels back pain,joint pain and numbness.the heigh of the patient decreases over time. the exercise,diet and the vit d and calcium suppliment helps to improve the patient condition.

During this stage the evidence of the bone loss become visible,fracture occure in the spine and the long bones,it results the deformity,in this stage the osteoblastic activity reduces and the osteoclastic activity increases.it is also assocciated with the menopause and the assossiated reduction of the hormone oestrogen.in this stage the female loss aproximate 10-20 percentage of the bone density.
