Answer -Teaching about eating healthy diet, fruits, low cholesterol diet and low sodium in diet help to reduce cardiovascular health issues.

- Doing regular exercise, walking, YOGA, daily keep your body fit and active and improve blood body circulation and it will assist to reduce cardiovascular health issues.

- Teach the patient to monitor their vital sign, blood cholesterol level and consult with physician regularly and always taking medication as prescribed by physician.

- Educate them to use healthy lifestyles, avoid tobacco, caffeine products, alcohol bacause all are risk factors for cardiovascular disease.

- Stay on normal weight because obesity, overweight is major risk factor for cardiovascular disease.

- Teaching the patient to become stress free. Share their feelings to friends, relatives, it will assist to reduce to tension, take a deep breath and intake more fluid or water in daily routine.

- Teach them about take a proper sleep at least 6 - 8 hour daily, it will keep you stress free, active and reduce the risk of high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes.
