Bioethic comitte provide education to medical professionals and patient/ patient family members regarding patient care. It also provides guidance to physicians to deal with critical situation with maintainence of ethics. The bioethics committee involve physician, nurse , clinicians , social worker and community representative.

Patient and family can consider bioethics committee when they are not in situation to take decision for patient great or care but, bioethics committee can't come by the request of patent or family member.

Hence option B is a correct answer, rest option are the objective of committee.
