It is challenging to incorporate certain ethical and legal priciples into practice with respect to some cultural and religious belief.they are

1. BENEFICENCE; The nurse is very uncomfortable in dealing with spiritual issues of a patient which is in conflict with the principle of providing care. But this can be resolved by other team members of the health care system.

2. JUSTICE; Refers to fair distribution of services and resources. due to certain cultural and religious factors dielammas are arised during care delivery.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY; Patient privacy is the major concern in clinical practice. But certain culture and religious belief request for the same gender to provide care to the patient. Due to the lack of resources or emergency situations this may be questiined.

4. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION; Language plays greater role in communication but different culture makes difficult for the nurse and patient to communicate  effectively.
