Minors are non but individual who are less than 18 years of age .The treatment of the minor needs consent for certain procedure and treatment with few exceptions like sex education, screening, health check up, emergency care.

They are not supposed and legally permitted to provide a consent without parents knowledge in most countries.This can be an exception for a child who has emancipation legally.These emancipation allows the minors to take decision for themselves regarding the health care treatments. If they make their own financial needs met without the support of parents.
