The complaints includes the hurdles, poor co-operation Or unfit information that may not be relevant. Hence the points need to be noted and then the policy should be changed accordingly. The policies are made for the convenient of the people, but when people will face issues, they will complain. These complaints can be taken in the form of feedback and after proper evaluation it can be alter policy. It has major impact on every policies at a local, state and national level. It can modify the policies requirements and can make the policies easy for people.
