Australian and Newzealand committee on Resuscitation(ANZCOR) taking an important part in the teaching and practice of resuscitation. It encourages health care professionals, first aiders, and first responders to focus on ethical issues concern for resuscitation and they requested them in off duty to renders assistance if requested to do duty if they may have no duty to rescue provided when their own safety is not threatening. trained volunteers requested to rescue when on duty. when not on duty trained volunteers regarded as good samaritans if deciding to rescue. medical professionals have legal, ethical, and professional principles. ethical and law excuse for not attend an emergency at another emergcny for existence of geographical available services, the doctors are off duty and impaired by medication or alcohol, at any personal risk or doctors unable to provide a level of care ar emergency situation.
