The idea of primary health care is based on the promotion of accessibility of healthcare by each individual which strengthens the whole community. It enables everyone to get equal opportunities as well as attention. The primary health care philosophy aims in providing necessary skills and knowledge to the citizens so that they can improve their health as well as their social status in the society. These dimensions include physical health which refers to the human body, mental health which refers to the coginitive aspect of health, emotional health which is persin's general emotional state, social health refers to the ability to maintain meaningful relationships with others and spiritual health which refers to our sense of overall purpose of life.
