In emergency department , sit the person upright comfortably and remove the tight cloths,give the puffs of broncho dialator inhaler or nebulization,administer corticosteroids if neede along with broncho dialator,check for the pulmonary edema,assess for the drug allergy,if signs of pulmonary ede,a present administer diuritics,chek for the oxygen saturatuion if it is below 80 % administer oxygen by mask,if it is not improving use non invasive vetilators like bipap or cpap,do ABG analysis for the patien,it the result is not satisfying shift the patient ot the ICU.
