Celiac Disease is an autoimmune disorder that occurs in genetically predisposed people where the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine, resulting in maldigestion and malabsorption of food nutrients. The most common symptoms of the celiac diseases are diarrhea or constipation (sometimes alternating) ,bloating, abdominal pain, fatigue, headache, gluten rash in skin ,some one having joint pain, brain fog, depression, neurological symptoms, etc.Symptoms can also vary depending on gender and age. There's no cure for celiac disease ,but following a gluten -free diet should help control symptoms and prevent the long -term complications of the condition. The main diagnostic test are the serology testing and the genetic test and endoscopy and capsule endoscopy .There is no drugs treat celiac disease.the best thing is to change their diet and gluten-free vitamins and mineral supplements and other medications providing on the bases of signs and symptoms. untreated celiac disease can lead to the development of other autoimmune disorders such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, dermatitis, anemia, infertility, anemia, epilepsy, heart disease, intestinal cancers etc.
