So, the nurse need to take care of the UAP, it is important to provide education to them. The nursing instructions, the method of drug administration such as providing proper medication to the client or the patients. The nurse need to monitor the UAP functioning and provide proper guidance. Because the main aim is to enhance the treatment and improve the efficacy of care.
