Below are the two main ethical issues usually faced by Health Service administraion:

1. Taking Financial decision: Usually the health servive administrators are responsible for taking the financial decision regarding the organization which may arise some ethical issue. As example sometimes they need to take a desicion regarding hiring more staff which again need more budget. If they chose not to hire it will reduce the patient nurse ratio and hamper the quality of care.

2. Managing Medical malpracice and Medical Negligence: Medical Negligence/Malpractice is a very common ethical issue and always faced by the Health care servive administration. Geeting a quality care is right of every patient. So the Health care administration need to keep a tab on nursing staff for any possible malpractice and negligence.
