1. As a CEOof hospital for the strategic planning firstly we have to review the objective, goals, mission & vision of the hospital.

2. create a timeline to complete objectives & goal.

3. In the strategic planning we have understand about the internal strength & weakness as well as external threats and opportunities. All the negative & positive aspects we have to assess

4. Develop the strategies within the principles of organisation.

5. Establish the strategic objectives to each strategy to determine the effect of it, The planning components should be SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic & time bound).

6. Now implement the developed plan & put into practice

7. Evaluate the strategy after implementation.
