A 45 year old female presents to the ED with complaint of a 2 hour history of right sided facial droop, clear speech and no muscular weakness. Pt states she has no Hx of medical problems except controlled hypertension.
BP 160/90 HR. 88 RR 22 O2 Sat 98% Temp: 98.6 Oral
Where would you place him after triage is completed & why? (waiting room, monitored bed, non-monitored bed)
What do you anticipate doing for him once he is in a bed/room? (tests, any nursing actions)
