A) Complete heath assessment includes inspection,palpation,percusion and ascultation ,these skills performed one at time in this order.It also includes health history,mental status assessment and a physical checkup.It is performed at the time of admission or in outpatient clinic .

B)Prepartion for health assessment includes:

1.Chief complaint and history of present ilness

2.Family history

3.Data about current lifestyle

4Cogntive level of functioning.

5.Information about present medication used such as painkiller

6 Provide the result ,if any test performed recently

C) The imortant things look to during his assessement  is: checking for any nose discharge,facial or sinus pain ,history of frequent cold,allergies and nasal polyps.
