Answer: Depression needs to be treated as it could destroy the living state of person. It could result in to severe mental health issues. The some of the learning barriers of depression are:

  • Problem in accessing mental health services. Due to less availability of the mental health care facilities, people can't reach to the facilities to get treated.
  • Lack of awareness about mental illness. People suffering from depression doesn't understand that from what they are going through. The stressful conditions leads to increase risk of depression.
  • People are more concern about their confidentiality. They do not want to reveal about their health issues due to the social stigma.
