Reflection Paper about the story of Geese :

Geese are beautiful creatures , and from them one can learn many lessons for life's success . They are any of various grazing waterfowl of the famiy Anatidae, which have feathers and webbed feat and are capable of flying , swimming and walking on land, and which are bigger than ducks. Human beings can learn many lessons from their habits, flying style and behaviour. Story of the Geese can reflect many things , such as:

* Unique form of team work: Geese fly in a team called flock ; when they start flying ,they form a - V' shape, each bird creates an uplift for the immediate following bird , by flapping its wings , also the behind flying bird honks to encourage the bird, who flys its front. Thus it add 70% of more flyying range to its flight.

A proper team work help any profession to achieve greater productivity. Individuals should learn to work and behave in a team as a good team member or leader.

* Common Goal: They share a common direction an goal and flys in a ' V' shape manner and create an uplift tendency while flying.

Working for and sharing a common goal among group members, can make the path easy to achieve the goal.

* Giving opportunities for others: Geese , when they are flying, if the leader of the group , who is flying, gets tired, he rotates back into the flock and gives opportunity for another Goose to carryover the leadership.  

Empower others by giving opportunities , so that they will also learn the leadership qualities

* Offering encouragement , also give support in challenging times: Geese honks to encourage other at times. During the situation of sickness or injury or wound, when a goose drop out from the flight, another 2 geese also joins wth it and wait until the former one gets well, then together they will join to another flock.

Always have a heart of encouraging others and recognise their achievements. If a person among us , or a team member is weak, then help them to be strong and provide the support.  

* Humility to accept mistake and correct it: When a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly get into the difficulty of friction due to flying alone. Immediately it join back to the formation and adjust itself to the formation.  

When we get a mistake, we should have the humility to accept and correct it.
