Like any another facility, health care system maintain various protocols and rules in order to ensure better care for the community and for the individual.

However, there are few protocols that are often ignored or followed in a less important manner the perfect example is hazards of health care workers at workplace.

considerably it is the most common ignored area which need special attention. It is true that they need to work hard in order to deliver best service to their patients.

Here often times a health care staff is forced to be fully involved in the care and obviously give less priority to themselves.

Consequently, they easily fall sick like they go down with various infections like fever, flu and so on.

Another important matter is due to their busy schedule they might compromise over infection control procedures whic might leads to long-term health issues in later.
