Imbalance commitment is not a element of effective partnership. The commitment between partnership should be with honesty, consistency , openly. If the commitment is become imbalance it will ruin the partnership.

Other than honest, open commitment ......other elements are there like trust and respect to each other , complimenting each others,both should have a common mission( which means the plaining should be contributed by each partner), Accountability ( means responsibility, understanding the role , sharing ownership, if there any problems appear they will solve the troubles collaborately), they should have same type of mentality to effective partnership.
