Positive change in a society could be a result of improvement in education and knowledge about health life style practices. Health care practitioners shoud focus on removing bias, racism, prejudice, ethnocentrism while communicating with people from diffreent culture . Nurse practitioners must have the skills to communicate effectively with verbal and non verbal communication techniques. They should respect the clients's autonomy and accept individuals needs. Ethical principles of beneficience, non-maleficience, justice, veracity and fidelity must be followed while dealing patient's problems and confidentiality must be maintained. Nurse must act as advocate and communicate assertively to protect the rights of vulnerable groups such as elderly, children, women, handicapped and cognitive impaired individuals.
