The selectiion ,assembleing and monitoring and maintance of portabel ventilator include many variable factors,

the selection depends on many factors like type of distress,percentage of the ABG analysis,patient ability and sleep apnea ect,during the ventilations period we should assess the patient discomfort,air leakage and the position of the patient always head elevated position is effective for the patient.should advice the patient to urinate before applying the mask,use folyes catheter if possible,we should monitor the pulse oxymeter continously for the oxygen saturation,note and correct the waning beep of the machine,for assembling this machine we needs the portable ventilator,tubing,power code,mask,mask tye strap,oxygen supply if prescribed,
