A supervisor approaches you and says that a coworker has filed a complaint about your frequent breaks and time spent on the phone. How would you respond? How would you treat that coworker the next time you worked together?

I would respond it with great respect and attitude as this problem of mine that is the over use of my phone and having intermittent break has been a main problem for me . Even at my work place and in my house it has been a Very big problem for me . As my coworker has complained about it now I am not having intermittent breaks and is able to concentrate on my work much better . It is a very good thing that I am able to effectively work and do some courtesy to the salary that is an earning from the institute .

When I seen that collegue the next time I would reach in a harsh manner as what he had done is not right just because he should have first' said that to me not directly to the superior

I am the one who should be aware of my mistakes and not him the superior . So you should have brought it to my notice in the first place .
