Organizational structure/herirchy play a very important role in creating the environment in any organization. And it depends on such environment that the communication will be smooth or not. If the organizational structure is not open and smooth, the employes may feel cut-off from the boss, they will hesitate to make any communication to the boss or other superiour authority. This will craete the lack of communication in the oraganization. It is very problematic situation for the growth of the organization. If the organizational structure is in such a eway which promotes every employ and allow to share anything , then it will promote to discuss them any issue and it will open the gate for the effective communication in any organization. Hence there is a very big impact of organizational structure on communication.
