The need of healthcare service also increases dramatically.Si it is necessary for a Chief Baby boomer officer in the healthcare sector. These position may recommend for overseeing the availability of resources in the healthcare sector for these baby boomers. Identification of the needs in advance and ensuring the staff take appropriate early intervention.Make sure the staff are adequate in number and take care of these patients.
