Answer #1

The role of a nurse and working in retail are similar as both involve interactions with human beings. A customer centered approach it required in both and the level of customer satisfaction has to be good in both. The delivery of care in healthcare by a nurse has to be done in an empathetic and patient centered way. Similarly the products in retail have to be sold in a polite behavior based on the choices and preferences of the customer to gain loyalty of the customer.
