Answer: The telehealth in Ontario faves various problems. Although the implementation of the telehealth is provide benefits to the patients but the major alarming situation arises in the pandemic where the shortahe of the staff members and nurses leads to increase concern. Patients need to wait for long hours to get their call connected and answered. The flood of calls need to be managed. Hence there should proper recruitment of the telehealth nurses, who specifically guide tha patients and take care through the telehealth. The requirement of the proper management so that the telehealth could result in best and productive resources in the future.
