Hervco Inc. Is a known company. For someone to work as an employee in a country should have some basic etiquettes. These include good communication skill, leadership attitude, punctuality, good relationship and so on. Criminal acts are always punishable in the eyes of the law. If a company works with so many employees than every employee should keep in mind that the whole trust and running of a company depends upon them. If the company faces any loss, then it will be there loss.They will have a reduced pay.Similarly if a company is accused for any criminal act, then the employees are also potentially liable for the same. Due to criminal actions, a company can be completely shut down and even fine can be launched. So it will indirectly affect all the employees working there. So it is the responsibility of all the staffs working in the company to do all the works in a way and with proper attention that no fault occurs. Criminal acts should be fully condemned if someone found to be and should be thrown out of the company immediately before the toxicity spreads.
