One of the disaster which has happened recently which has shocked the entire world during this pandemic time is the exploition in Beirut ,the capital city of Lebanon.This is human induced disaster costing the life of more than 157 people and many more. Similiar incidents has happened in the USA at Texas and Okhalama city.US is well prepared in advance by initiating preventative measures and strict rules and regulations in storage, transport, audit and disposal of these types of chemicals timely.The community resources which can be provided to the victims are ambulance service to shift to hospital for treatment,funds and basic physiological needs like food ,water and shelter,reliefs from major organization set up in world.
