Quality of care will increase when the health system has specific objectives to cure the disease conditions . patient will get cured easily when we follow specific goals on particular disease condition.so it is said that making goals is the primary part in nursing care plan to provide better patient care.if we provide proper medication and treatment and do proper investigations patient may get benefited .they get back their investment from particular policies according to the treatment plan given.so goals are vital in patient care and reimbursement.
