FAMILY PLANNING  Through a door-to-door outreach program conducted by young, married women who provide information about limiting the family size or spacing pregnancies along with products. An extensive media campaign accompanied the outreach program.

VACCINATION: immunization or vaccination is the best way to promote health in the community. It is the best way to prevent killer disease among the children and reduces the under 5 mortality rate.

HIV/AIDS PREVENTION: with the help of providing knowlegde regarding sex education, safe practices,and reproductive health education can prevent the HIV/AIDS.

Condom Program is a program to address the rising incidence of HIV/AIDS in the country. The program provided boxes of condoms to brothels free of charge, mandated the use of condoms by sex workers, and threatened brothels with penalties and closure for noncompliance.

MATERNAL HEALTH: professional midwives and sustained investments in the country's health care system, including in rural areas, to improve maternal health. Diet, nutrition, healthy lifestyle, proper conception gap can improve maternal health ande reduces maternal mortality.

DOOR TO DOOR SURVEY: There is so many population that can not reach the hospital before any reaching at peak of disease and symptoms. Home visiting, door to door survey is the backbone of community health.
