if a patient is given prograf after a cardiac transplant. pt shows a low grade temperture of 99.8, wbc of 25,000 mcl and fatigue. a nurse would recognize these symptoms as idicative of ??
i dont think its a transplant rejection? maybe allergy reaction? what could it be because apparently transplant rejection is wrong.

The features are more suggestive of a transplant rejection .fever increase in blood counts fatigue are typically associated with transplant rejection .But the confirmation can be made only with the cardiac biopsy and ruling out any myocardial infarction,Surgical site infection
