The factors that facilitate the use of information to make health policy decisions can be determined by using the following three domains like the having an efficient network of people in making the policy from public ,professional or organization contacts and not personal contact.The availability of the evidence in related to the health policy ensures most accurate usage of it (inclusion of summaries with policy regulations) .The availability of research information can give some evidences in formulating the health policy.

There could be changing needs so policy has to be formulated having a perception of the future most of the time
