1 OUNCE = 30 ML

1 TABLESPOON = 15ML

2 TABLESPOON: 15 * 2 = 30 ML

GLYBURUDE = 2 TABLETS DAILY

ONE DOSE = 10MG

PATIENT HAS TO TAKE 2 DOSES , ONE AT BREAKFAST AND ONE AT DINNER

THEREFORE, 10 * 2 = 20MG

LISINOPRIL : 1 TABLET

AS ONE DOSE CONTAINS 20 MG

TYLENOL : 0.72 TABLET / 3/4TH OF TABLET

ONE DOSE CONTAINS= 5 GRAM

DOCTOR ORDER= 600MG EVERY 4 HOUR
