Diversity is present everywhere from home to society or from nature to environment .This diversity can be age ,race ,ethinincity ,language ,education ,gender differences ,etc.,when it comes to work place .As multiple people and professional work under one roof. The thinking of each and everyone in the workplace can be unique and hence different from one another making the diversity .
A leader is the one who plays a key role in converging this diversity to one and achieve the goal .In order to achieve this the leader should be transparent with the project to prove trusty, knowledgeable and support the employees during critical situation to build a confidence and respect everyone in equal.
