Stress is some things which first affects an individual psychologically by triggering anger, anxiety, hesitance, avoidance, aggressive behavior, etc., and later into physiological complaints like loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, etc. ,

If the individual resides or lives in an environment which is highly stressful .They gradually undergo emotional and psychological strain resulting in a mental health disease condition .This will alter the basic unit DNA and change its character .As a result of this the healing process is affected or slowed down causing poor health outcome from illness.
